Paris Erotokritou directs Dennis Kelly's Love and Money at the George Bernard Shaw Theatre (RADA). Love and Money is fast-paced and searing tale with the acute sense of humour and sensibility characteristic of Dennis Kelly’s writing. In a debt-ridden world where paradoxically consumerism often substitutes for human communication, Love and Money reflects on the impact of contemporary financial disasters on ordinary people's lives.
Following the success of its 2011/12 performances across Paris, Sydney, New York, London and Madrid, 'Tis Pity She's a Whore will return to the UK and internationally next spring. This vivid and violent Jacobean tragedy shows a brother and sister's passionate descent into hell. Incest, religion and corrupt morality collide in this' sexy, stylish production' (The Times), making this play as shocking and controversial today as it was almost four hundred years ago.
